If you have been given a yellow sticker or defect notice, forgot to pay your rego so it has lapsed or use your car as a passenger vehicle (such as Uber) you can bring your car to Kelmscott Service Centre as we are an Authorised Inspection Station (AIS) for the Department of Transport. 

We can inspect your car and provide you with the paperwork to enable you to get back on the road quickly.

You may need to get your vehicle examined for the following reasons:

• You need to license (register) your vehicle in Western Australia for the first time.
• You receive a compliance notice (commonly called a yellow sticker, work order or defect notice).
• Your vehicle has been modified (for example: change in vehicle body, new engine, dimensions).
• Your vehicle requires annual examination (buses, taxis and other types of vehicles, such as driving instructor vehicles, must be examined annually when the vehicle licence/registration is renewed).
• To license a written-off vehicle to be repaired.
